What is your idea of a perfect and romantic date-
Be it movies - beach walk or club .
? Let me know

Give me all the answers you can best answer will be chosen
Wrong answer dude. Question is what is your idea ?

Not what the word romantic means

The weather currently is cold
I don’t want the typical dinner and a movie
-something a little more unique

My significant other and I have been discussing marriage for a year now and have been ring shopping a few times. I want something basic, he wants to spend a lot- I’m hoping for a compromise on that.

However, I know he’s most nervous about the proposal. A few of my friends had very elaborate planned proposals and, probably mostly my fault due to telling their stories several times, he thinks he has to live up to it. I told him many times it doesn’t have to be fancy, just thoughtful…. I bought a house last fall and want to get a doggie but haven’t yet- if he just got me a dog with a ring tied on the collar, that would be perfect to me.

Anyone have any stories about super thoughtful or unique proposals? Or any ideas for one? Anything works- if I get some good answers I’ll foward the link for the question to him to read them :)

Thanks!

I am seventeen years old and so is my (prospective) date. I have a drivers license.

I just need something with a very small price tag for valentines day

Ok for future reference, I was wondering what are some good ideas for a marriage proposal? Looking for something modest but nothing cheap and cheesy either. I’m just trying to be a little creative, your help is greatly appreiciated in this matter :)

I need some ideas of waht to do for a romantic date. I live in a really small town so there is not much to do. thanks for your ideas!

its winter here anddddd cold and we are surprising our boyfriends with a cute date but we need ideas… possibly guy opinions. thanks

My friend Phillip is asking his girlfriend to marry him :) Can anyone help me find some good proposal ideas for him? Something exciting!! But he is not too into crazy things like bungee-jumping ect…lol

Thanks in advance!!

I’m looking for a clever/funny or unusual way to yes to a marriage proposal. Any ideas?

I would love to surprise my husband with a fun/romantic date! I am 15 weeks pregnant and have not been feeling up to doing anything for quite a while and my husband i’m sure has been feeling pretty neglected. We are both students so it needs to be something inexpensive..different from the typical rent a movie or go to dinner thing to show him that i really appreciate him being patient with me over the last while. Thanks for your help!

My boyfriend and I have been on and off for 7 months now.
He’s been really upset and stressed out lately, so I told him I’m going to plan something nice for the two of us to do.

We’re only 16, but fortunatley we live in NY. I was planning on going to the city, taking a walk through Central Park, maybe going to the IMAX theater since we both love watching movies, and then going for dinner.
How does that sound?

Oh and any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated :D

I keep seeing the same stuff… and ‘during the fireworks in front of the castle’ keeps turning up… any other ideas? Something more unique? Something a billion people don’t do every week? :)

We’re both 19 and have been going out for 3 years. We never go anywhere on dates because we’re both broke. I need some good ideas for a special date every once and a while.

Give your sign and describe your idea of the PERFECT date. Doesn’t have to be a FIRST date….can be a date with your long term partner or spouse. What is ideal romance to you?

Obviously going out to dinner and such, but i am trying to plan a whole day to spend with my boyfriend. preferably something outdoors type thing.

My boyfriend and i of almost a year have been getting in tiny fights lately, and since the weekend is coming up i kinda wanna plan a nice day of fun and romantic things.

Any cute ideas?
(im only 18 so im broke,so something under 20 dollars that hed love?)

My boyfriend and I have been together for a few years now and have been talking about getting married for a long time. I’ve brought up the topic of marriage several times, maybe too many times, but I honestly think it’s time to really get serious about it. Does anyone have any ideas on how I can give him a not-so-obvious hint as to get him on the ball about asking me to be his wife? I know he doesn’t have the money to buy me a ring right now and I don’t need one, however, he said he wants to do it right by giving me a ring I deserve and I don’t know if I can wait. I love him entirely and want to begin planning to be his wife even if I have to wait a year or two for the wedding. Just a proposal would be nice to know he’s on the same page as me. Please, if anyone has any ideas on how to drop a hint or two, let me know. I’d really appreciate it.
He is expected to start his career this upcoming summer and will be leaving for a really long traingin period that will take several months. After the training, he may have to leave staright for work in another state immediately, we’re not sure yet. I’m supposed to move in with him when I graduate next May. I would just like to have an idea about when we could start planning on getting married when things settle down. Right now, I just don’t have substantial answers. It would be nice to be engaged, knowing we are on the track to be married, even if the wedding has to wait for a couple of years.

I have been dating someone very special, but I am ashamed to say I am not too romantic. Any ideas for a romantic evening? SOmething fun?

Would it bee cool to jump out of a burning plane to land towrds you future wife and deploy the parachute with her name on it.
and when you land you roll towards her and pass out and hand her a ring.

Do you think that is cool?

que terrifying music and lightning!
Come on now it has to be memorable.
A plain get on one knee is lame. or the put the ring in her food so she will bite the ring thing is played out.
How about this one. You hire a cop to chase you on the highway and you drive to evade him but then you pull over and when you are in cuffs you have the cop tell the woman by the way he wanted me to give you this and it is the ring. But of course to make it look real you get hauled off to jail lol
@ dreamy eyes

I have another one with a muscle car or a pimped out honda doing boomerangs.
I would also need a cameraman to capture the moment.

Im looking for a really good and romantic anniversary date for me and my girlfriend. just a one year thing. we live in florida. she doesnt want to go downtown or anything so, probably not the beach. Im 18 shes 17 so something we’d enjoy. If any girls or guys got any ideas, please just leave some answers. Thank you all very much, she doesnt have much faith that I can make it a good date apparently… =( so I could use some help.

the girl i’m seeing is coming over tonight after work just to be together. it’s our second date. the first one was filled with a lot of excitement but I was in control of myself and didn’t try to grab her or anything like that. Now she’s coming over to my place for a second date. Ideas on how to get her in the mood or to ramp things up for our second date at home? I just don’t want it to be us hanging out while the TV is on so I need some ideas without setting it up like it’s some sort of romantic date with preconceived intentions. i want it to flow naturally so help me out.
