I want to take my girlfriend out but i dont want to just take her to the whole dinner and a movie thing. thats to traditional. i want to take her breath away and do something romantic. Any ideas for a good romantic date?

I live in the Charleston area and I need to come up with the most Romantic date possible, something REALLY SPECIAL, REALLY ROMANTIC! Something really remember-able! There are tons of things to do in charleston but i can’t think of something super romantic for my girlfriend and I! So please help me if you have any ideas!

I’m in Colorado Springs, Colorado and right now the weather is just cold without any snow (a shame if you ask me). I’ve thought about a horse drawn carriage ride but we wont be able to go out until 8-ish tonight because her band is practicing

Im not looking on how to propose or where cause I already go that down. What I need to know is how can I propose to my girlfriend and give her the ring during the proposal without taking her to the Jewlery store to get her sized and pick out the ring. Im looking for a really good and romantic anniversary date for me and my girlfriend. just a one year thing. we live in florida. she doesnt want to go downtown or anything so, probably not the beach. Im taking my girlfriend on a weekend trip to Miami for our anniversary and I was planning to pop the question there. I had a few ideas in mind but I am not really liking them. It HAS TO BE in a public place (she said in the past she loves that) and I was thinking to do it during the day at a place similar to the Bayside market…that way she wont even be expecting anything at all and completely surprise her.

anybody have any suggestions? is there a place like bayside but with better scenery, like an outside mall or park?

Hey Guys, Ive been with my girlfriend for about 3 years now. Her birthday is next month. I also plan on proposing to her next month as well. Shes been wanting a surprise birthday party so im gonna be throwing her one with her friends and family there. My idea was I planned on bringing her to the party and having everyone there… Then eating and hanging out with everything. and then let her open her gifts. and then when its time for cake I was going to put will you marry me on the cake?. and then I would drop to one knee.. not sure if this is cheesy or not but if you guys have better ideas can you let me know please.

Me and my girlfriend have about 3 hours from 6.30 to 9.30. Its gonna rain hard today which is great for making out later but any ideas as to the actual date? I promised her something romantic and I cant do anything at home

My best guy friend is asking his girlfriend to marry him next week and told me how he plans to ask her.
His girlfriend’s family has weekly game nights and he plans to suggest the Game of Life. When he lands on the marriage space (there is a stop sign there) he is going to get down on one knee and propose.

Okay I’m going to ask my girlfriend to marry me. She indicated to me that a marriage proposal should be romantic. I agree and I want to make this memorable for both of us. Unfortunantely we’re not in the position to take any trips or vacations so that idea is out. Also I know she doesn’t want to be asked in a restaurant so that idea is out as well. I need your help! I’m hoping this dynamic community can help me with a marriage proposal. I’m 26 years old and am planning on proposing marriage to my 24-year-old girlfriend sometime soon. We have been dating for 5 years now, and everything is ready. I bought the ring and everything.

But I’m having a hard time coming up with a creative, yet meaningful, marriage proposal. I dont want to just take her out to dinner and get down on one knee - I want it to be more special and meaningful to her than that. She doesnt have that many outside hobbies, so I cant play off of that.

The one thing we do have in common is where we met - at college (which is 500 miles away from where we live now). But I cant think of anything creative to do there….

Any ideas for this helpless guy? Thank you in advance!

i’ve googled and racked my brain out for ideas to propose to my girlfriend of 4 years but i’m just not satisfied with what i’ve come up with. does anybody have some ideas that will sweep her off her feet?

I am planning on proposing to my girlfriend this coming Fourth of July. She has always been a fan of fireworks and we both love being outside at night. Fortunately, her town always celebrates the holiday with an incredible fireworks display over the lake and everyone in town gathers to watch it. This means that all her family and friends would be in the area for the proposal. The thing is, I want it to be really special and just asking her while the fireworks are going off isn’t nearly enough. If anyone has any creative, realistic ideas, I would really appreciate it.
